Policy Statement

Bronson LLC is committed to conducting business ethically, transparently, and in compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Bribery, kickbacks, improper payments, or any form of corruption are strictly prohibited.

Scope

This policy applies to all owners, officers, employees, contractors, and any third parties acting on behalf of Bronson LLC.

Prohibited Conduct

Bronson LLC strictly prohibits:

• Offering, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes or kickbacks

• Improper payments to influence business decisions

• Gifts or entertainment intended to improperly influence a business relationship

• Facilitation payments of any kind

• Gifts that might violate US Federal laws on contracting and procurement at any time.

Gifts and Hospitality

Reasonable, lawful, and modest business gifts or hospitality may be allowed if:

• They are not intended to influence decisions

• They are infrequent and transparent

• They comply with all applicable laws

• Value of gifts is limited to $20 US Dollars in all cases and only are presented once a year

Compliance and Reporting

Any suspected violation of this policy must be reported immediately to company management. Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of business relationships, and potential legal consequences.
